BUT WHAT IF, YOU CAN?

This is my photo few years back before I started my S.A Journey. I was happy but at the same time, it is not fulfulling because I crave to have more time with my daughter and more freedom to do things I want.

I did, six years ago.

I felt stuck working from 9am to 9pm, spending four to five hours a day commuting, another eight to ten hours at work, and an additional two to three hours working from home. I began to ask myself if my life had become all about work. I felt like I was missing out on the most important things in my life - my family and friends.

I became frustrated with the amount of time I was spending away from my daughter. I hated that she had to spend nearly 12 hours in nursery at just one year old, just so I could continue working my job. I didn't want to be 'that person' anymore. My desire to spend more time with my family inspired me to explore other ways to earn income that offered more flexibility. An opportunity arose in the Serviced Accommodation (S.A.) industry and within six months, I had replaced my income.

I have skillfully negotiatied with letting agents and landlords, I acquired all my properties on a rent-to-rent basis and became the proud founder and director of KVM Serviced Accommodation Ltd (or known now as KVM stays)
